Release and Indemnity Agreement
BY ENTERING UPON THIS PROPERTY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

There are risks and dangers associated with participating in the activities on this property which could result in bodily injury. You assume all risks associated with entering and remaining upon the property or participating in any of the activities.  Adults who come with minor children assume full responsibility for the supervision, health and safety of such minor children while they are upon the property or participating in any of the activities. You release Bauman’s Harvest Festival LLC and its employees and volunteers from all claims, suits, and demands for damages as a result of any bodily injury sustained by your minor child or you while upon the property. You shall indemnify, defend and hold Bauman’s Harvest Festival LLC and its employees and volunteers harmless from all claims, suits, and demands for damages as a result of any bodily injury sustained by any minor child who comes with you, including but not limited to bodily injury caused in whole or part by the negligence of Bauman’s Harvest Festival LLC and/or its employees and volunteers.

If you do not agree with all of the above terms and conditions, you and the minor children with you are not authorized to enter or remain upon this property or participate in any of the activities.

Terms & Conditions
Your Bauman’s Harvest Festival 2019 on-line admission purchase is for WEEKEND admissions to the festival only. (WEEKDAY admissions are not offered on-line). Cider Festival on-line admission purchases are valid only for the Bauman’s Harvest Festival 2019 weekend in which the Cider Festival is held: September 28 & 29, 2019.

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Refund Policy of Bauman’s Harvest Festival 2019 and by making use of its on-line admission purchase system you agree to this policy.

Digital On-line Admission
All Digital On-line Admission (“the product”) sales are final and NON-REFUNDABLE once the order is paid and confirmed. The product purchased must also be used during the same year of recorded purchase and during that year’s posted operational weekend days & hours of Bauman’s Harvest Festival 2019. Any unused product will automatically expire on November 1st of the year they were purchased and cannot be used in a subsequent year.
